Looking for Upsolute in L.A. / OC

I am interested in the Upsolute flash for my '01 996TT Tip.
I have a couple of n00b questions:

1. Is the upsolute flash available as a software download?
2. If yes, where do I get the OBD cable for that?
3. Also: whom should I buy it from?

4. If no: are there any distributors in the L.A. / Orange County area, so I can drive there? I can't be without my car (daily driver).

Thanks for your help.

My opinion, take the car into Speed Gallery or Sharkwerks and you will be very happy

per the Upsolute website, doesn't look like any dealers in the So Cal area.

http://www.upsolute.com/content/blog...24/29/lang,en/

I ended up sending my ECU to Charlotte NC- took about 3 days start to finish with express/ overnight mail

What/who is in Charlotte? Is that Upsolute?

Sharkey or Speed Gallery would have been good choices.

there are a few options out there, REVO, GIAC, etc. We sell the Superchips UK software package, which in my opinion is the best out there at the moment, and comes with a money back gaurantee, no power, no money, easy as that.

Thanks for all the feedback guys.
I guess Upsolute is out.

The alternatives are all 300% - 400% as expensive, so now this purchase gets downgraded from
'frivolous, don't have to think about it'
to
'This is on the list of things to do, along with some other expensive purchases like 19" wheels and tires, front paintjob-with-clearbra, etc.).'

Just for the record, upsolute had some of the highest power numbers for just a flash at the east and west coast dyno days and had clean AFRs.
Full disclosure: I went another direction for software.

I sent my ECU to Upsolute on a Wednesday and got it back on a Friday. I've been very happy with their product. It was a cost factor for me too. With my Europipe Q2 and the flash, I put down 400 hp/430tq on a Mustang dyno. For the $700 price you can rent a cheapo car for two days and still be under $800.
