I don't know. I have really bothered to look it up in a while, but I seem to recall that the problem has to materially impair the value, use of and etc. and I am really just talking about a spoiler light. If it happens again, I may get frusterated enough to actually look our statute up. At this point, I just want my car back and try and maintain a good relationship with my dealer.

Agreed. Having a good relationship with the dealer is a definite. I know the California Lemon Law states that if a new vehicle is in the dealers hands for repair for more than 30 calendar days, it is considered a lemon. Sent my 03 M3 back a few months ago on the CA lemon law.
