A VERY custom 996 GT2 "RSR"...
What's up Sam! Long Time. Last time we spoke Auto Talent was brand new.
Still got that sweet *** 335? I bet it's at 400 hp by now.

KW HLS additional pics. We had to install the hydraulic units on the front coilovers at the top as the unit would not clear my 11 x 18 BBS RSR monoblock wheels. There is only 10 mm between my tire and the coilover spring.

Here are pics of the completed roll cage and the 997 air jack cannisters in place. Nitrogen feed hose connection is under the hood to the left of the electric steering resevoir.

Are you really going to track this thing???
Building a 400k + car for the track is something usually reserved for race teams. You must really love Turbos to have picked that as the platform for a project this big.
I wonder what the resale value will be. LOL

When you build a project like this you don't care about resale, it's all about your passion to build exactly what you want and having the ability to do so.
I know as I have been there many times and I am currently finishing a crazy project at Loren's that has cost me more than I care to account. The problem with Loren is that he can and will build whatever you can dream up.
I love the car except the rear end. More power to you! My only advise is finish it up and drive it!
"usually" but not always!

Thanks grussell... I agree that it is a passion not to be confused with IRR. Sorry you do not like the rear, but like all things visual, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Actually, it is intended to be functional and release as much heat as possible from the engine area. The rear air diffuser is certainly functional by design.
Remember...it is all about ground effects and down force. The "wings" certainly apply additional down force.
