How do you like PDA DE events?

I've never attended an event run by PDA. Can someone who has comment on it? Especially for Pocono.

- Number of cars in a run group (NNJR usually have 25 and that's a lot of cars for the North course)
- Safety (E.g. how others drive comparing to typical PCA DE)
- Any other differences to a PCA DE besides they allow non P-cars
