Question Europipe to install

Hello everyone. I'm new to the board, but I've been reading it since May 2003 shortly before I ordered my 2004 TT. I've now had this awesome vehicle since Valentine's Day 2004. The information you've presented hear is phenomenal and more importantly "helpful". At this juncture I'd like to change out my stock exhaust to the Europipe Stage II Loud (base on the info from the board). Other mods are pending.

My question, mainly to Dock (Atlanta) is where did you have yours installed. I presume your satisfied with the work, as your description of the sound & performance sealed the deal for me.

Thanks in advance.

Carmel,
I believe Dock installed it himself just like I did. It is a great exhaust and the install is not terribly difficult. I see you are in Atlanta. Why not join Dock and drive up to the Tail of the Dragon on July 8 and meet us there for some great driving?

I had mine installed at the dealership from where I bought the car. It's outstanding!

Thanks for the info. If I chose to install it myself do I need a lift something like it? Regarding meeting on the July 8 th, would love to attend if it's after hours. Otherwise the weekends are best. I await another oppportunity.

Also I'll check with my dealer (Jim Ellis Porsche).

I did the install myself. You need two people for the job. I'd be glad to help you.

Thanks for the offer to help me install the exhuast. I will keep you guys posted regarding a timeline for install. I call a couple of so called Porsche shops today and they sounded flaky (RVL and Ryland), Roock's tel number was disconnected. Jim Ellis will only install Gemballa. Incredible.

Yeah it great to see Atlantans on the board.
