I know the car. As everyone already knows, it is a TT, not a GT2. And the GT2 body mods aren't factory pieces.

Obviously not a GT2.

Any opinion on the seat treatment? I'm conflicted. As in, maybe I want to try re-upholstering a set of centers in light Grey to match my Arctic.... Is that cheesy? I'm sure I can find some seat centers from a junk yard...

Getting totally off topic here. Did we every figure out FOR SURE if the "upgraded transmission" included with the X50 package come with the GT2 syncro upgrade?

It is a bit too bumblebee for my taste. Maybe ok in a 1970 muscle car. But grey might work fine. If you want a nice set of non-sport leather seats I have a set in very nice condition at RUF in Dallas that I will sell cheap...$600. You will need to arange pick up or shipping though.

Exactly what I was thinking. I had grey alcantara centers on my S4, stock, and they were awesome. Not only did they look great, but they held your *** in place while cornering.

If I had the free time to track down Alcantara and a seamstress with a good reputation for doing this kind of project, I just might. As for GT3 seats, while the weight savings are tempting, I occasionally throw some people in the back seat, so I'm not ready to give that up yet. I'll stick with my sport seats for now.
Let's talk about it on the next run... right before I get arrested.

Oh don't worry, I'm going to be bringing my bike for the next run so I can direct one of the groups, and I'm bringing another maniac to lead the other group, so we'll be the distractions for law enforcement

I was just kidding... Don't go trying to lean and take photos on the bike like you did in the car. I don't see that ending well.
