Looking for advice on doing the fronts considering the drive train etc. The backs look simple.

Anyone have a DIY or some advice?

You can do the front by separating the carrier from the lower control arm ball joint. You need to remove the tie rod also from the carrier. Pop the ball joint out of the carrier. This will take some patience as sometimes they are quite stubborn. Be careful it you use a pickel fork to seperate the ball joint, the ball joint boot is easily torn. Once seperated, use a large pry bar to lower the control arm out of the carrier and move the whole assembly toward the front of that car. Two people is best for this. Note, that you do not have to remove the axle from the hub. Also, be careful of stretching the brake lines.

I attached a pic showing how it would look after doing all of this.

Yup, I think it is the way to go. You just need to be a little careful and patient. Really helps to have 2 people when you pry down the lower control arm.

They wired the calipers so they don't hang on the brake lines...u cant see the wires...too small. They pulled the hub and rotors so they didnt damage the ceramic rotors. This is the end result

Puma
They are Zone 1 F19x8.5 et43 R19x11.5 et39. They came on the car. Not my first choice (not fan of the chromed outters) but I'm still recovering from the Dension IPOD, Brockway 920, PSS10's and H&R sway bars, an exhaust on still on my wish list. Maybe new wheels when the tires give out.
