Ok I Went Ahead And Got My New<2me> 996 Tt......
All I Can Say Is Why The Hell Did I Buy A 997s In The Pass When I Could Of Just Got This A While Back.........
I Will Post Up Some Pics Tomorrow Since The Wife Is Kind Of Trippin Since I Have Other Toys @home But Still Boys Gots To Have His Toys.....

Congrats on the Turbo.

I haven't driven a 997s and 996TT back to back. Did you find a huge perfomance differential between the two? Was there anything else you didn't like about the 997s?

yes sir but one small issue he has straight pipe on the car and its freaken loud so i think ill go put on some mufflers tomorrow.........

the 996tt feels like 997s right until the boost kicks.......

I LOVE my strait pipes, yes its a little loud at cold start ups, but I wouldn't trade them for anything, I do agree its not for everyone.
Congrats on the new ride....be careful it pulls up on cars allot faster then you think.

its kind of cool but damn its really freaken loud to a point it dont sound like a pcar since it just so loud......even compare to my EVO thats fully modded i still think the turbo is louder........lol..........its so loud its kind of scary to drive....where i live there are alot of pigs.

congrats as well. i too just picked up a 996tt and all i can say is that turbo spool is a different kind of adrenaline/fear compared to a vette.

I agree. Not quite as linear and a lot more power all of a sudden. Enjoy the car!

This was something that really caught me off-guard when I first got my X50. I had had an Audi S4 prior to this so I was used to turbo cars but the X50 was a whole different animal. Closing speeds and lane changes under boost

Oh and congrats on the new to you car!

Thanks Again Guys And One Thing To Ask I Just Went To The Gas Station To Put In Some Gas........and Noticed That I Had About A 1/4 Tank Of Gas And It Only Took Like $35 Dollars To Fuel It Back Up......am I Trippin Here Or Does The 996 Turbo Have A Small Gas Tank.......
