Are you really expecting someone to post a step by step instruction for someone to drop the tranny?

More importantly, would you really follow what is posted on a public forum?

Kind of a scary post...

If you are trying to determine if what you are hearing from your qualified mechanic- in regards to HIS removing your tranny- is true or accurate, that is a different story.

Here is the general procedure:

1. Jack up car
2. Remove all electrical connections and hoses.
3. Unbolt
4. carefully remove.

Easy....

A

It's even better- the 4 pages covers removal AND installation. AND the instructions on removal on page 720 don't start until the very bottom, so it is really only a page.

Best part????

Step one on page 720:

1. Remove Engine-Transmission Unit '100119
