Should I keep the Techarts?

I recently put on a set of 20" Techarts on my 996 Turbo and it does look great but I am a strong beleiver that 19's are max for the 996. Eventhough I have no issues with rubbing whatsoever.

Should I take the Techarts off and go with my Sport Technic's? I have added a pic of my Black Turbo with the TA's on it and a Seal Grey with the Sport Technic's on it. Give me some input!!!

Thanks

Techarts are heavy as 19" and you have 20"s (which is too big for a 996 IMO). I would go for the other 19"s for sure.

20" wheels are too big on a 996tt, so I would go with the Sportec's...they look great.

Yup I just talked my buddy out of making this same mistake, do not go with 20"s on the 996..no matter how good you think it looks.

It is funny I have the same mentallity when it comes to wheels on a 996, 19's PERIOD.

However for fun I put these on and really they look no different from the 19's I had. A person as picky as me is OK with it, I think if most of you saw it up close you would think it is nice as well. My only issues were that I thought there would be rubbing but the overall diameter of the front wheel is .1 inches taller and the rear is .8.

I don't know. Either way I like the classy look of the SPort Technic's. I forgot to mention those are 20's as well.

Thanks

Why do some feel that 19" are the top size to go on the 996TT?

Also - I vote for the TA wheels...

Raymond, are those techarts with the H&R installed? If it is, and you have no rubbing issues? Between the two, I would use the TA instead of the sportec.
