60 to 130 runs with video
Apparently, your GPS unit disagrees with you.
Mike,
I don't think it is unreasonable for Scott to require that we don't do these runs downhill. Nonetheless, nice attempt Robert and give it another go. Your best runs will be in cooler weather anyway.
Edit: I do notice that Robert does have an official time on the 60-130 list (a 10.13) so it seems that Scott gave him credit regardless of the slope.

Mikelly - The rules are clear, and extremely easy to follow. But if someone chooses to continually run their car on downhill slopes that exceed the 3.0% limit in order to try and get an advantage over everyone else, that's not my fault. If you're implying that you're one of those people, than I can understand why you don't want to bother submitting your data.
Keep in mind, out of the 100+ or so people between this forum, M3forum.com and 60-130 competitions in Houston that I have verified 60-130 runs for....Robert is the only member that continually makes his runs on slopes that exceed a 3.0% decline.
Other people that have submitted runs to me that exceeded 3.0% went out and either found a new stretch of flatter road, or ran the same road going the opposite direction. Amazingly, all of thier new submissions were quickly verified.
It ain't rocket science.

Gotcha, Scott.
Robert, since you are developing an interest in 60-130 runs, why don't you do a 24/18 turbo conversion which is the most cost effective way to get about 2 plus seconds off your time and put that pesky Lambo a couple of buss lengths back, where he belongs

Jimmer,
24/18 are considered bolt ons...actually bolt in turbines and compressors. Headers, exhuast, tune, practice and he could run mid 7's. Roberts certainly has the clutch to handle the power.

Well played...
Jitsu, yah I know but the point is that he's just not driving it well. Some practice and he's there. We can't all go *****-to-the-wall like some of you guys!
