exhaust for TIPTRONIC

I am looking for an exhaust for my tiptronic that has more of an exotic higher pitching exhaust sound... anyone know which brand sounds like that? Granted Iam use to my TUBI exhaust on my Gallardo, and I know a 996tt will never sound the same.. but I have heard some other 996tt's in the past that had a high pitch exotic sound... can anyone help me out??

I have a Ruff exhaust...nothing at lower rpms, but when you get on it sounds like an F16

Just be weary of the resonance issues at part throttle on these tips, they can get very very irritating.

Yes mate, have a Fabspeed Generation 1. The resonance is a killer. Likewise, my friend has Europipes on his tip and there are also resonance issues.

I have recently changed back to my original exhaust due to the resonance.

Mate, there are no resonance issues at partial throttle when cruising?

I think all exhausts are going to have the annoying resonance/drone on a tiptronic car but I am still on the hunt for one that has a high pitch exotic sound..

You can easily convert your stocker into a RUF by removing the stock baffling and running 100 cell cats. That's almost exactly what RUF does. You can have this done for around 2k.

Hey guys - At low RPMs especially in first - which is only useful for cruising around 28mph down Rodeo its nice and "gurgly" otherwise pretty quiet, frankly a little too quiet, until you mash it, then it screams. I no longer use my horn, just down shift
