awe-full hard to install exhaust!weissach took 5 hrs to install it.tried exh cement n repositioning it.,still leaks from the clamps.day two, send to local porsche dealer to hv the tips cut n solve the leak(tips hv to be cut to fit x54).leak from the clamps have been greatly reduced.when i first install it,there is a terrible fluttering sound on release of gas pedal(when blipping the throttle)the fluttering sound comes from the leak where the clamps are located.

on a positive note, there is no compromise on the performance.i am boosting 1.1 n occasionally 1.3!!! the sound is noticeably loud in the cabin with the windows down, but on the outside it is not as loud.(had my son driving alongside) as for myself,i am really beginning to enjoy the sound.,others who are considering,i would suggest hearing it in person-it is not the same hearing it on a video clip.lastly,i must compliment the build quality of the exhaust, besides problems with the clamps,it is examplary of a well built exhaust.

Is sounds loud on the inside, but not loud on the outside... thats the complete opposite of what I want, and what seems to be, what most people want

Install is hard to do for sure. I have heard numerous problems with install being done correctly. I know a profesional shop that took four hours to install the awe. How can an exhaust with no resonance or drone be loud on inside and quiet on outside? Makes no sense. Dan.

dlm477-

Can you give me contact information or have these clients call me? I would like to find out where the supposed problems are.

I can tell you that my tech can do a start to finish install in 2.5 hours. We have checked and rechecked the jigs. They are perfect.

The ball and socket style clamps that we use are made by Aeroquip and are found on OEM's like Porsche, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, and Mercedes Benz.
