Clutch concern

have not had my car to long 996TT 03 so I have not found a mechanic I trust yet. Went out of town for a couple of weeks and when I came back and drove her for the first time the clutch pedal was very stiff. Checked the hydraulic fluid and it was low so I topped that off. It still is stiff some times and what I would call normal others. Seems to shift fine and engages smothly. No grinding. Car has 12,000 miles but I am not first owner. Do I have clutch going out? don't know these cars well enough to tell.

Accumulator is failing.... should replace the slave while you are in there. Search button is your friend, many have had this problem recently. They fail from time and not necessarily from mileage. About 400 or so in parts....

Cypress, if you're going to do the install yourself, I recommend you read the post I made yesterday concerning my own Accumulator/slave install.

Welcome Cypress. Do you have an extended warrenty on your car? If you do the accumulator should be covered.
Take it to West Houston Porsche and specify Akram as the tech to take a look at your car.
