How much boost should he be running on pump gas? It's impossible to tell in a vaccuum, which is why I've refrained. I sympathize with your drumbeat of "get the codes read". Similarly, we need to beat the drum for "send me some durametric data logs". With proper data logging, I'd be happy to render my, admitedly amateur, opinion. I'd like to see AFRs, IATs and injector duty cycle to start. I'd also like to see a plot of his boost profile.

I will however say that:
1. the boost drop off after peak gives me a concern
2. 1.2 is still within the efficiency range of a K24, so unless there are fueling or other issues, 1.2 on pump isn't an issue in and of itself; and
3. I run a sustained 1.1-1.2 bar on 93 octane on my K16/16gs without any problems.

To be clear, that is not my car, but someone with the similar tune. Mine pulls like that in about any gear. Spikes don't mean anything....it is what you can sustain.

I have clear sustained 1,1 on all gears and I think I can pull no problem the gates more to reach the 1,2 (just 1mm more on the gates for sure and I am there), the question is... Is it safe just with the 5 FPR for the fuel part?

The only way to know how safe it is is to data log it. Get the AFRs and see
