Anyone know where to get a 996TT dynoed around Chicago? Just for grins I'd like to see what it would do.

I don't have stock intercoolers. Do you mean take the whole front drive assembly off! Just to do a dyno pull?

Call CPT (Chicago Performance and Tuning 708-343-8677). They are GREAT.

Talk to Al (the owner). He has a 996TT as well.

He has an AWD dyno and knows what he is doing.

Mustang AWD Chassis Dyno - Mechanically linked riollers so it's safe for modern day all wheel drive cars. Same dyno that we use.

Just make sure that whatever dyno you use has a mechanical link between the front and rear rollers. This will ensure that all 4 wheels are moving at the same speed. Any variation in wheel speed can stress your driveline.

How does it stress the driveline? I would think when doing hole shot and spinning rear tires they are at different speed also when stability kicks in it changes wheel speed by applying brake to one wheel. So exactly what is stressing. New to these cars so looking to educate myself.
