New GT2 Wing and Side Splitters Installed - PICS!

One of the AZ locals brought their Porsche 996TT to Vivid Racing to have us paint and install a Precision Porsche GT2 rear wing and side intake splitters.
The rear wing is a complete replacement for the factory decklid and hydraulic rear wing. To eliminate the dash light, we supply the Porsche OEM wiring harness for the GT2 wing. The side intake duct splitters fit into the factory housings and then are secured in place with hardware. You can see install pictures here - http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/p...?cID=10&pID=56

We also added the smoked 3rd brake light to the car as the red would have stuck out like a sore. This car will be rolling with us for the US Leg of Gumball 3000 so look out for it!

These parts come from Precision Porsche - http://www.vividracing.com/catalog/p...che-m-290.html

You can view all the pictures from this cars build from past work here on our gallery - http://www.vividracing.com/forums/ga...ages.php?c=287

Enjoy the pictures!

Yeah you need the Porsche Harness part number 996-612-070-30. This is the harness that plugs into the rear fan and brake light.

I have an extra set of splitters here. Paypal me $400 and I will ship them. dan@vividracing.com.

RobertP - I think we can make that happen. Shoot me an email. The makers are in your backyard.

We can probably make that happen. Here are 2 options from MaShaw that we carry. The 997 pictured below I am PRETTY sure we can do 996TT as well.

That is what I am looking for!!

Will that work for a 996TT??

I always like the look of the RS blade... but the 996GT3 setup does not work with our cars due to the narrow body... so different engine lid and narrower wing... but with the 997 GTRS out, here we have a setup for a wide body car... just not sure how to make it fit to our 996TTs...

Those two are not the same...

Tom's

What I want:

Tom has the mother of all wings in his car!!

If there is a setup with the 997GT3RS wing/blade and a engine lid that will accept it... let me know. That is the only style of wing I would go for... I guess the frustration of not being able to afford a 997GT3RS want to at least have something from it...
