CEC sells them as does TireRack (needs to be adapted to fit the 996TT).

Is it for the TT?

Just get a 2 lb. mallet from home depot and some duct tape (to cover the striking end to protect the paint). Remove the wheel and gently bang in the fender lip.

Comes out perfect. 20 minutes total. 1 hour if you have to go to home depot.
