The search is over, I've found and purchased a 996TT !!
So after much searching and I finally found a 996TT! 
I was looking at cars in the 40-60k mile range with some basic mods and ended up finding this one with only 18k miles and the type of mods I wanted on the car as a starting point... Overall I'm VERY pleased with the find!
Here are the specs:
2001 996 911 Turbo
Black on Black
18k Miles
One Owner
Factory Options:
CF Trim
Navigation
Sport Seats
Red Seat Belts
Parking Sensors
Heated Seats
Turbo floor mats
Aftermarket mods:
Cargraphic Exhaust

Forged DVs
B&M SSK w/ billet linkage

RUF Pedal Kit

I plan on selling some of these mods. If anyone is interested in the GIAC software or Evo intake let me know... Also, if anyone has stock size r-comps they're looking to sell please let me know.
I plan to pull the turbos in the next couple weeks and have them hybrid to k16/16g...and then in the winter/spring go with something bigger (that's my plan at least).
First track event in this car will be October (Thunderbolt in NJ) followed by a two day event at VIR in Nov. Excited to track this as it will be a bit different from my S4!

Do you mind me asking where you found it (Website? Local Classifieds?), and how much you paid for it versus his asking price?

Congrats and welcome.
No can-do on selling your GIAC though. I understand the flash is encoded with you VIN and will only work in your car. If you figure out a way let me know!
