They Look Different

Not to be a Smart *** but...
I own both of them and M3 looks alot bigger and taller
The engines are in differnt places
I think they are both six bangers/6speeds
but the Turbo is way Faster in every way...

So clearly, both of you are stupid, or missed the entire point of this thread. I'm looking to find out about the physical size of both vehicles. This has nothing to do with speed, and everything to do with space.

I love how people think they're being funny when they post stupid comments instead of being helpful. Keep your comments to yourself, or go to a humor board. Some people here are actually looking for intelligent conversation.

You’re kidding right? You answered your own question.

You want a true perspective of size in inches for what reason?
Headroom
Seating Position
View out and over the hood
Blind Spots
Seating accommodations
Getting in and out of the car
Trunk space for hauling you DJ gear
Space for installing audio
Pedal location
How it fits in your garage

You are looking at 2 gift horses in the mouth that actually own both the Turbo and M3. STATE YOUR TRUE INTENT. What are your looking for past the actual numbers and don’t be so quick to SLAM. I’d be glad to HELP.

If not I'm going to HIJACK this thread and ask ZIP22 about his Supercharger install and what's his favorite exhaust for the M3!!!

What are you trying to accomplish / What do you need the sizes for? This will likely help people provide the information you need.

About the same measurement I found. Having had both, the M3 'looked' bigger, probably just that it sat higher.

Thanks MikeR, the basic concern was about fitting it in an already VERY tight garage space. Looks like it should be okay though. Thanks!
