I also wanted to get rid of my sunroof, so i got a stock metall roof from porsche and had it laminated with carbon fiber just for the optics.
(in Germany of you want to use a full carbon roof you need a full rollcage which i didn`t want)

We removed all the interior panels and cut out front and rear window.

Then we drilled out all the factory welding points that can be seen under the paint - the oem roof can then be lifted of.

After that we cleaned the contact areas and test fitted the roof.

Next we applied body glue (i don`t know if this is the correct word), fixed it with clamps and added rivets to it.

Then everything back together and it is done.
