Thoughts on the next upgrade

Let me know what you guys would do if your car had the following:

24/18g's w/wg's
Softronic Tune
SpeedTech Exhaust
Ported OEM Headers
Bailey DV's
5 Bar FPR
AP Airbox
RWD Conversion
Sachs Stg 3 Clutch

I am definately doing the injectors and fuel pump, so list anything else that is worth doing your opinions

Thanks

would help Christian if we knew what you wanted to do with the car? just fun on the street, drag race, or road race? My car is set up similar to yours. I dont see a 5bar fuel pressure regulator? that may be all you need for the set up you have. Also have you not done anything to the suspension? cause that is a must with your car. also dont see a mention of brake upgrades? also a must. if you have done those your car is similar to mine. I track my car and at Daytona near 200mph really doesnt need anything else other than more downforce and why I went with a bigger splitter and rear wing.
what I would do at that point is a data aquistion system like traqmate and professional driving lessons. I am relating to you what I have done, FWIW.

good luck

tom

You're in the same boat I am, and we have almost identical setups.

You really need intercoolers now with your current setup, so I would do those before you go any further. Silicone boost hoses are also a good idea. I would also add a boost controller. After that, you're going to have to upgrade the fuel system, since you have the OEM system maxed out. Intake pipes would be good to let the turbos breathe easier. A larger y-pipe, throttle body, and y-plenum will open up the intake and offer less restriction.

After that...I don't know....maybe GT30's

Let me know what you end up doing, and how you like it. I'm looking for suggestions.

Good luck!!

This is what I recommend... add another bosch 044, 60 lb injectors and larger lines and your car will make 800 RWHP. I had a very similar setup once upon a time. I hope this helps and yes a boost controller is very important at these HP levels.
Good luck

I'd start saving money...

...For a motor build.

700BHP is what i've always been told is the "limit". I'd suspect you're there...

Suspension I would say.

I find that the increased power really pushes the stock suspension to it's limits...hard. Planning on JIC.

...Along with motor and tranny mounts... That drivetrain is mounted with lots of freedom to move around and porpous. Enough to cause your tips on your exhaust to hit the rear valance...

Question Motor & Tranny Mounts

Mike,
Do you recommend changing the mounts? If so, which ones?
Thanks, Joe
