Check with Module master or BBA for a rebuilt module. That should be cheaper.

Not as rare as you would think we have had a couple. You will also need a PIWIS to program it or take it to the dealer. It is not a plug and play replacement.

Is it actual 'progamming' or just opening/closing valves to completely bleed/purge? Just curious.

A

in fact, I rolled and d' only one blow I n' had more brake. After disassembling and checking of the part, it s' prove qu' there is an escape in l' cast solid hydraulic element and the liquid leaves by a depression. No part d' occasion in Europe and this part costs approximately 4000 dollars

I agree. Please tell us what the diagnosis/codes are, and if other things were checked first. I was told recently I needed to pony up $2800 for this box and I said whoa there. Let's back up a minute. Replaced a $120 wiring harness and that solved my problem.

Wondering if yours is similar.... hopefully you really don't need a new box.

It is actually programmed. You have to put in several series of codes. All the info is in the old one and then re-enter the new one The bad part is you can not always copy the info depending on what the box is doing and have to manually enter the codes.

Then you have to manually bleed it.
