Just went to VCR, the cars and coffee at Calabasas. Parked my car and was enjoying my cup of coffee and saw a Camaro SS, small block, with drag tires pull in. The license plate read "Have Ferrari's for Lunch and Have Porsche's for dinner." I was talking to my friend Turbo Mike and the guys approached me and said how much HP? Then I said what are you running? He said 600+HP to the tires with 16 pound pulley (at 16psi), drag radials, and modded internals(Cams, etc). He asked for a nice run but before we headed out, I said I don't know about that license frame of yours. He laughed
Reality kicked in at ......road when he asked to roll from 40mph (2nd gear), I said ok. To be fair I put my boost at the same level 16psi, two passanger both cars and started the run. We punched it at 40mph roll on and I pulled on him by one and half car length end of 2nd, pulled another car length end of third, then the reality check came in at about 10+ car length in 4th gear. As I was hitting 130+mph, I saw a CHP giving a ticket on the other side. He jumped in his car and started coming after us. I stayed back and let the Camaro take off. I pulled to the shoulder with my friend Viper GTS. CHP was pissed and said were you racing, I said no "just cruising" Got a fix ticket only today, sh.....t that was close.

here in toronto you lose your car for much less... 31MPH over the limit and you get to take the bus home!! watch your car get towed and inpounded for min week, get a 2g ticket and if you lucky you dont spend the night in a cell.... YOU ARE SOOOO SOOOO LUCKY!!

Congrats on the kill Art, I love it! I am very happy you only got a fix it ticket. I wonder why I am never this lucky with CHP, I always get the ticket and as a matter of fact a couple of times while they were at it they found other things to ticket me :-), I hate it man. It literally ruins the next few days and takes the enjoyment out of driving for a while.
