You can pretty much mount them anywhere you want. I think it's a must to have a custom made "lip" so you don't mess up your bumper or anything.

can you explain where you connect the lights to? do they come on when you turn on parking lights? are the connected to HID

I spliced the wires for the driver-side sidemarker and used that to power the led's. They come on the first click.

You mean the OEM led slit from Audi? I think I've seen that for sale (around $600). I originally wanted to use that but I wasn't able to get the measurements to see if they would fit my front.

Where's our close up shots of the garbage cans?

I'd like to see how this setup looks close up, with the lights off.

Also, do they add any additional lighting at night? Cause the factory driving lights suck on these cars and are pretty much worthless.

They don't add any lighting that will help see at night.

also you said you changed the bulb in the parking light? which light bulb you used to do that trick?

Just fyi, the stock hid bulb will not match the blue of the parking light. I had to get 6000k bulbs to match better.

so the LEDs are blue and you uped the main light to the 6000K bulb?
