Help! Problems with Blown6design...

Hi!
I ordered and paid more than 1 year ago 2 Ic's by B6.
They told 45 days deliverytime,
I waited 6 monthes, they "shipped", and UPS "lost" the parts...
6 monthes later, they "re-ship" and UPS "re-lost"!
They almost never answer mails and are impossible to join by phone...
Does someone know them and could help me?
thx

sorry to hear about this. Yet another issue with B6. Did they tell you that it was a UPS issue? Sounds fishy. There are many threads about dissatisfied customers. If you paid with Credit Card maybe you can dispute it and get your money back and walk away.

I keep hearing people having more and more issues with them...

The obvious question... Did B6 supply you with a tracking number at anytime (both consignments)

"after 1 scan, the parcel disapears" what do you mean by this?

When you enter the number it either shows up on the system or it doesn't

It's Ok when I enter the number, it is right, but the tracking only scan only 1 time the number, and loose it after.
the same for the 2 shippments last year.
UPS said they never had really the parcels...

I saw this post in the 996TT section too. How did you pay them? If you paid them by CC, try to reverse the charge with your bank. Any other way, you might want to cut your losses.

UPS said they never had really the parcels...
When a shipment is 'created' electronically, it is assigned a tracking number and will show up in UPS' system. That is NOT a "physical scan". The system will eventually dump that number if an actual physical scan, signifying the package was tendered to to them does not occur within a reasonable time period. (A few days)

They are scamming you. Sounds like both times they created a shipment but never physically sent it. If it was "lost:, UPS would have a record- AND they'd pay a claim. But since they never physically had it, there was no contract created and UPS is not going to help.

A

I'm afraid it is that...
I hope resolving the problem as soon as possible with them.
My advice about them is neutral but I wait the following...

We were two ordering those parts, and my friend is OK to fly to them to get to the local police and take a lawyer.
He said he prefers spending more but not be "****ed"...
