I own a Porsche 996 Turbo!!
After looking for a VERY long time (as some of you know), I can now finally, and proudly say that I own a Porsche 996 Turbo!!
After trying to sell my M3 for many months, I came to an agreement on trading it in. Just 48 hours before the deal was supposed to happen, my phone rings. A gentleman who test drove my car 4 weeks ago said he’d give me my asking price. I said great, except I already have a deal to trade it in! You’d have to get me the money in like 24 hours, or it’s just too late. Long story short, he did!
I drove down from Boston to New York yesterday (before the big snow storm today) and picked up my new ride, drove it 250 miles home!
Before I get to the mod list, and the pictures, there are a couple people who I would like to thank.
First and foremost, Jimmy Pugliese, from Universal Autosports in Glen Cove, New York. Jimmy is a class act, and a pleasure to do business with. He answered all my questions, and met all my requests. He was wonderful to deal with, and I have the utmost respect for him, and Universal Autosports. Without his services, this deal would not have been possible! Thank you sir!
Secondly, Humberto Mota, from JSS Performance Inc., in Mineola, New York. You came highly recommended from another member on this board, and you lived up to my every expectation and exceeded them! Your PPI was incredibly thorough and more detailed than I could have possibly imagined. Not only did you perform this stellar PPI for me since I could not physically see or drive the car, but you typed everything up, faxed it to me, and spent an hour with me on the phone going through it line by line! I look forward to seeing the complete options list when you e-mail it Monday. Without your services, this deal would not have been possible! Thank you sir!
