Difference Between PSS9 and Techart Coilovers?

I have the opportunity to obtain a used set of Techart Coilovers and have not been able to find much technical info on them. I believe they are built on a Bilstein platform (perhaps PSS9)?
Is any body running this setup able to comment on their experience?

These are for an '02 TT for mostly street use and occasional track days.

All thoughts welcome.

Cheers,

J

Originally, when I purchased my car, I had ordered the Techart coilovers, which were PSS-9 based. They had delivery problems at that time, so I went with RUF PSS-9s, instead. All the various companies that market PSS-9's claim they have proprietary spring rates, etc., but my understanding is that it's mostly proprietary color and they all perform very similar to each other. I think you will be happy with any Bilstein PSS-9 variant.
