I've seen a few different ones on cars as I've been looking to purchase a 996TT and most often the description doesn't tell me which one is on the car. Can people please post pics of various spoilers and name/company that it is? Thank you!

For instance, which spoiler is this? At first, it looks like two pieces, so I thought it still used hydraulic lifters, but on second look I don't see those connected so I guess not.

 

That is a factory aerokit tail which was a optional upgrade. Its a fixed wing and its combined with an aerokit front spoiler.

 

The one you posted looks like Aerokit.

Tom's wing got my vote to be the most functional wing.

Tom, how do you determine the best angle for your wing? Do you put it in a wind-tunnel for best results?

 

The GT2 is my favorite, but the Aero kit is a close 2nd. Here is my 01 with the GT2 engine cover/wing, the ram air inlets do work.

 

Wow this is really cheap compared to the gt2 wing!! And it interacts with the factory spoiler system. HM...

lot of hole drilling and track time and data aquistion analysis of lap times and segmental track section speeds was best I could do.

dont know if some realize but a little too much wing takes 3-5 mph off top speed, too much dials in front end push, too little and you loose downforce and the rear gets loose

must admit didnt pick my 63" wing because it was the best looking. just the fastest.
