Anyone from the Chicago area interested in going to Byron this Saturday? Our group is going and will have plenty of fast cars. We will have our own lanes.

We plan on meeting up at 'Streets of Woodfield' at 8:00 a.m., in front of Starbucks, to leave by 8:30 a.m. to head toward Byron. Stopping at an Oasis just past Randall Road (Not sure of the name) to meet up with the rest of the group at 9:00a.m. and head over to the track.

Hope some of you can make it and join our caravan up there!

You going to LV for fun? I'll be there Saturday night and will leave for L.A. Monday morning. I'll be back in LV Thursday and all next weekend

 

Chris's SC300 Turbo is sick... such a sleeper. Beautifully done. Sure miss my Supra!

As for Vegas, I'm going with some family and friends for my brother's b-day. I'll probably be in the poker room or craps table (Mirage/Bellagio) most of Sat eve after dinner at Nobu (or some steak house) and catching Trinidad/Mayorga fight. Sunday is show/spa day with my wife. I needed this getaway...

Got family in LA? My brother-in-law lives in Hancock Park, as do a few friends, so I'm out there a few times a year as well... if things go as planned, I'll be making the move out to Sunny Cali a in couple years!

 

BTW, what's HPI and TC3?

 

I've seen that Lexus run. Incredible. I wish I was going too!

 

IT's just some RC cars we race at the track. It's the closest I'll probably get to driving those types of cars Who knows, if all goes well maybe I'll be able to get the real thing.

Have family all over L.A. also. I'm out there often. Usually in the L.A. area though. I have family in L.V. so I'm there plenty of times. Maybe one day we could meet up out there. I too am considering moving out west.
