I think you should post this same thread onto Pelicanparts.com as well as Rennlist.com then I'm sure you'll get some more people added to the list. I know he still posts over at Pelican occasionally.

For what it may contribute to the discussion, and not trying to upset anybody who has had negative experiences, Neil has been correct in all his dealings with me.
The way that I assess the situation is that we are dealing with somebody who is an excellent mechanic, but may not necessarily be as business savvy. I know that's not an excuse to deal with things the way it has been described above, but based upon what I've seen, the money certainly did not move straight into his bank account.

I also have had only positive experiences with Neil. I recently had him swap exhaust for my car. I know he is going through a tough tough time and has some personal issues going on now(not giving an excuse), but if I had the amount of money out that several of you do, I would be flying to Atlanta for a resolution meeting. He is a reasonable guy in my experience and I hate to see this going on for some of you and him.

i'm really struggling to understand why people are still doing business with this guy even when they know he ripped off a bunch of people, including forum members, and who knows how many other poeople, for a pretty large sum of money
personally i would steer clear of him out of principal. regardless of whether he is a nice guy or is having some personal problems, he has ripped people off plain and simple

More people getting ripped off why dont they do a search before, he hast paid me and doesnt answer my e mails either, he shouldnt be allowed on any of the forums so he cant run his delincuent practices.... Taking advantage of the good faith of new members, he will eventually fall and pay for his mistakes, everyone does...

Neil created a beautiful splitter for the 996tt and I paid for a prototype/early unit. Since 3/23, no email has been returned and his cell is disconnected.
My invoice stated it would be at my door by 3/20.
I tried to use Paypal to protect myself, but it did not do so, either it was over 45 days OR goods are not covered if not ebay sales. I tried to use the paypal "no goods sent" option and was told, politely, too bad sir by their system.
Moving on.
