Neil Orton UPDATE
More people getting ripped off why dont they do a search before, he hast paid me and doesnt answer my e mails either, he shouldnt be allowed on any of the forums so he cant run his delincuent practices.... Taking advantage of the good faith of new members, he will eventually fall and pay for his mistakes, everyone does...
I suspect they'll keep reappearing under different names and it will take continued vigilance to protect new members, such as myself, from these predators.
My invoice stated it would be at my door by 3/20.
I tried to use Paypal to protect myself, but it did not do so, either it was over 45 days OR goods are not covered if not ebay sales. I tried to use the paypal "no goods sent" option and was told, politely, too bad sir by their system.

Just saying- perhaps it will help someone else.
+1^...credit card dispute is the way to go...as far as having a sticky listing bad hombres...I don't think it is a bad idea but if someone doesn't search before buying how will they find the sticky?
The sticky could say "DON'T BUY FROM THESE SELLERS!!!" I can think of a wheel company, or two, that I'd nominate for that list. Anyway, it's almost impossible to get the credit card company to pay you back for a PayPal purchase. PayPal provides a service, which they did, which is what you are paying for. PayPal will fight tooth and nail with their BS Terms of Service to make sure that the credit card company doesn't charget them for anything, unless the crook pays them first. I'd asbolutely give it a try, but unless you used the CC directly with the merchant, you're unlikely to get relief. Good luck.
the title isn't a problem...the problem is where would the sticky be posted? we would have to post one in every section for it not to be missed by someone who doesn't search...my only point...like I said I think its a good idea I'm just not sure how to accomplish the goal yet
Chuck, what about an idea I brought up before. A vendor complaints forum...kept closed to new posts, but a place where we could move threads like this so members could read them easily.

Why not make it so if a vendor on the bad list gets posted..the name is crossed out..
or like how some places don't let you post emails do what ever it is they do.
or when its posted have a big "?" mark appear next to it and when people mouse over it.
it will say vendor warning with link to bad vendor sticky
any of you contact the local DA where he lives..few complaints and he would land in jail.

those aren't the only ***** in here
....if it is closed to new posts it wouldn't be a forum...more like a bad actors bulletin board, which is an idea I like...as long as it includes bad members too because I get 10 complaints about members for every one about a vendor...a sub section would not be good because it would only be in one forum...the bad actors bulletin board would also be a good place for us to notify members of characters like our London friend who likes to send visitor messages
