WOW! Very impressed! Cool swap, I have never heard of it. How much power is it putting out? I take it he has a lot of VR6 experience in the past.

I don't think it was too much fabrication, the motor should swap in just fine, the only thing I read somewhere was mating the trans and motor, but 034 made one for them and sells them now to anyone for fairly cheap. The VR6 motor have been being built up for years now, the standalone is a must for that kind of hp, I believe I read somewhere it was 754whp. Makes me wonder why I didn't swap in the VR6 instead of the 2.7T, either way you can make both motors insanely fast.

Damn!! That is flying off the line, extremely quick. I bet the 60 foot has to be less than 1.6 with that take off and a great trap speed. Nice video.

 

It has to be, its a full out race ready motor, went from a 2.8L to a 3.0L.

 

That is crazy! Didnt know those motors had so much potential.

 

60ft was 1.55 dont forget that was on a little 225 tire. some of our evo pull 1.35 all day.

bottem end is built to a 3.0

since it was the first time out for the car people were shocked.

eddie bello could not race in my class cause he was to light but I might have helped him get it my class by talking to the head people. but I must say i will feel bad beating my fav car
