I'm getting my Black (not a deep black, might be Basalt Black) on Black Turbo tinted this Friday and I'm debating between 25% and 35%. I had 5% on my Boxster but got in too much trouble with the Police and couldn't see out at night. I'm trying to find a good mix between looks and catching the attention of the Police. I figure I'll have to go lighter with a dark interior. Any help would be appreciated, please post what % yours is.

 

My car is 35%; as the installer suggested. He said most exotic cars don't go too dark like a car from the hood. 25% should be good too.

 

Mine is 25% and is good at keeping the black interior cooler in the summer. I love the way it looks with this shade of tint. Also, I have no trouble seeing at night or day.

The law here in CT is 35%, and even then you get your b*lls busted. Better check your local law and don't go to the limit or you'll be ripping it out....

 

Limit is 70% in PA... I'm paying a fine no matter what I get. If it is light enough most cops don't care though.

Great Danes are wonderful dogs. I miss mine dearly. Enjoy them everyday...it hurts when they leave us.
