What happens when the current registration expires? Does the purchase paperwork take precedence when not currently registered--perhaps in another state? ( I am not in the US either)

 

If I don't get the title there will be lots of pictures!!

I think you just found your angle on how to get her to sign over the title...Send one of her Naked pix photo shopped so she's blurred other than her face and email it to her, her boss, her mom and anyone else who you know their email address. The next day send same pic, but shoulders unblurred. Next day legs and feet unblurred, next day hands and arms unblurred...I bet you have your title signed over to you in less than a week!
