Will someone please tell us the results of mulitple runs in the Baltimore
area between (2) K24/18g cars.
One was tuned at EPL by Tony at his shop and one was tuned Remotely
by Todd in Arkansas.
How did it go guys ???

Isn't the fastest K24/18G car in the world a remotely tuned EPL car?
I lost to Paulies 24/18G car when I was on my old setup... I thought my clutch slipping that messed me up in 4th gear, but what really started happening was this:

Damn Chris, so tha's what you were talking about few months ago. Looks like something got sucked into the turbo, sorry to hear. Hope everything is fixed now.

About 5 or 6 months ago, maybe longer now.. I was having trouble with sparatic amounts of boost being made after I raced Paulie (actually it happened while racing Paulie... 3rd gear was 22psi then I shifted into 4th and it dropped to 13psi). We couldn't figure it out, so one day while doing the plugs (thinking it was that) we pulled off the inlet tube and our jaws dropped. I had been driving with a turbo like that for 3 weeks. What happened was the stock intake tubes have anti-crush rings in them that just happen to be the perfect size to drop onto the compressor. So basically that ended my old GT3071/K24's life.
When I added the GT3076/K24s that I had rebuilt out of my 3071's I added EVOMS intake tubes to prevent this from ever happening again.
That is a warning to anyone who has a larger turbo (larger than K24's, K24/18's, etc) with stock intake tubes. This is something that can possibly happen.
