Only car I know of that will come with a 4.0L to the shoot out... Speed Gallery is/was supposedly working on one but I heard they're sadly not coming

Remember when Alex wanted to buy Killer Angel!
Since the last shootout I figured he was going to develop his own. I wonder if KA had any influence on the 4.0L as KA is running 102 mm pistons. I would be interested as to who produced the pistons and liners?

your probably right ty, but i don't think Dan will be going internal like most competitors or loosing sleep trying trying to build a car to whoop ***. he just does it for fun.

I'd like to see Speed Gallery try to beat Protomotive at a Shootout. No disrespect to Dan and the boys at SG, but they are not exactly in the same league.

No Neil, it's not meant to be fighting talk. Dan does fine work for people who want bolt on stuff... they are a local alternative to going to EVOMS or IA. In fact, they even use similar GIAC software.
But companies like Protomotive are a lot like your company. They are constantly trying to push the envelope of tuning. Like their name implies, they specialize in prototype projects that are designed for each customer's needs. In many ways, they are like S-Car-Go. There are no gimmicky "stages" for people of the "herd" mentality. Companies like these are for people that want to do the crazy ****.
Obviously, there will always be some kind of tradeoff. Different strokes for different folks.

they pulled out, that's too bad, would have been fun to see how he does.
i too believe winning is an attitude, guess Dan's just a ***** then. the funny thing is he does more racing than any shop i know. oh well i'll try to figure that one out later.

Hard to say...but you ought to bring one of those bad boy 800 HP versions with all the tricks.
Hard to imagine that it would not kick some serious tuner butt...

anyhow, still haven't seen the new beach front pad biatch. i don't like talking to you on the board, you make me feel stupid.

I do think that he's pushing the envelope kind of like you are. I'm guessing there are quite a few similarities...
