What kind of car has the closest exhaust note to a F1 car?

 

Ferrari 355

 

I concur, a Ferrari 355 is the closest thing you can get to an F1 car. Just be sure to remember that you will never recreate the sound of an F1 car with a production automobile. The pressures and tolerances of those engines are far higher then production engines.

 

I know that

 

Kries-Segg exhaust on a 360 modena... if you close your eyes, you almost cant tell the difference between it, and an F1 car.

 

The 550 Marinello with an open exhaust of some kind... I watched those first hand at the ALMS series at Laguna... OMG...

sorry guys no off... but from all ferr... the 355 is the only one with that superb sound

 

I agree the 355 stock or with tubi sounds the most like a F1 car, my 360 with tubi doesnt sound that much like a F1 car, but I wasnt going for that kind of sound.

The enzo just sounds like a jet engine.. its insane.

 

My buddy/neighbor has a 355 with Tubi Headers, Test Pipes, and Mufflers and the thing sounds awesome!! Sounds very similar to an F1 car..

I have heard that from some people but I have never heard one drive by, all i have heard is it revving.
