excellent. On hotter days, you might actually not loose power by going to that mix because of cooling.

Mike (or Tony if you are reading this), do you know what can be expected from going no meth to 100%?

Hey Dave, Tony can correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems I went from 520-530awhp to around 580-590awhp with the addition of 100% meth and the timing and boost along with it.

worth doing for sure for that kind of power. Did you do a 60-130 before the mod. your 60-130 now is blazing.

Yeah I think it was worth it. I was running 6.60's before, at the 520-530awhp level. I've yet to run another one in this heat and humidity, but have clocked a couple 6.3's. I've found a spot that isn't too bumpy and no traffic and fairly flat for 60-130's. I have also noticed that there is more consistency with the meth. When I do a few 60-130's in a row, they stay within a tenth or two now instead of having a 2 or 3 tenth spread, so maybe it does help with heatsoak a little.

it probably does provide some cooling. you should try the 75/25 on a hot day and see what that does

I did try it. I didn't notice any difference, seat of the pants, so I'll just leave it 100% for safety's sake, as I am running 1.4bar on pump.

The kit is around $650-$675, maybe a little more or less as they make improvements all the time. It will take about 6-8hrs to install if you have worked on your car before. If not, whatever your shop charges for 6-8hrs. The new kit is ALL plug and play now, except where it ties into the ECU. It has a few built in safety's too.

Hey Alan - I will be at Waterfest while I'm in NJ, then headed up to CT during the week and will likely be at EPL either 7/22 or 7/23 (Tues/Wed) before I make the return trip. Kieran said he'd be up for one of those afternoons at EPL... Hope to catch up with you at either/both...

Kieran, I'm looking forward to you making my car feel slow

Mark

I don't use washer fluid...I buy 5 gal pails of VP M1 at a local gas station that carries VP products. With a 50/50 mix thats 10 gallons of solution...so about 6-7 tank fills. The 5 gal pail costs me about $45-50 or so...
