Exactly like this post...

My rear H&R bar just hits on the right side into the control arm.
What should I do? The stock bar didn't hit. I put it back on to check it.
The left side has about .060", the right 0. The only setting that is reasonable to use is the middle one as the others just are too tight.
Should get adjustable rear drop links, and if so from whom?

TRG makes a very stout set, that's what I bought. I have no noise or hitting problem. I do not have H&R sways, but I remember my tech remarking how the placement of the bar ends should be between suspension components in the pre-loaded position before connecting and setting the drop links.
there is something clearly wrong. the sways should not be hitting the toe arm even with stock dls. I think the sways are the culprit. I have the GT sways front and rear with no problems.
I agree. I think the H&R could be bent wrong. So my options....
1) Grind the bar for clearance. Smooth it as best I can and paint. It's a hack. I won't grind the toe link as that's plain stupid.
2) Find a company that makes adjustable drops that are about 3mm longer.
3) Oval out the holes in the bar a few mm upward.
4) Put the stock bar back on.
Seems like there are a few guys who have this problem... and some that could have had theirs installed by others, and may not even know.
I'm leaning towards adjustable drops.

The other folks who had problems were also Bilstein & H&R too.
Could it possibly be that the jig that Bilstein uses to hold the nut for the sway is just welded in too high?
Sucks to be me.

Been doing some searches, and found that it is usually a Bilstein with bar problem, which leads me to believe that it's probably the mount on the PSS10's are just a tiny bit high....
Here's another recent one, and Dan from Vivid's solution to use RX8 Links...

Vivid. It's not their fault and I'm sure they'd take the bars back, but I don't think it's all the bars fault.
From what others who have had this problem, and it seems like there are a few, it was when they mixed the bar with the Bilsteins. I think a combination of the jig holding the nut that's welded on to the cup on the Bilsteins is a little off, and the bar's additional thickness combine to make this a bit too tight.
I think the stock bar with Bilsteins clears.
I think the H&R bar with stock shock clears.
The Bilsteins and H&R's together touch tight.

How much clearance did/does yours have?
No problem Here
2nd the PSS9s, H&R rear no problems
Again....
I should hope not everyone has this issue for all the units sold.
Just like anything, the tolerances added up for me and I have an issue that I caught. Some folks who paid for this installation, may have contact, but have never looked under the cars themselves to know how close it is on theirs. I'm sure I could have just hopped in gone down the road, and it would just rub some clearance. Just the wrong thing to do for someone as obsessive as I am.
Some installers may even think this de minimis and not have worried. I was an auto technician and pro superbike mechanic for a number of years, so I'm very exacting.
We'll get her fixed right.....
