what is the best place to get the OEM replacement front lip? Better deals out there than the dealer?

Ask around here for a used one, you should be able to get one for 100-150, new is about $270 (Brandywine Porsche ask for Justin).

Gemballa gives you a little more ground clearance, IMHO

Is it me, or the does the car look like it is ready to get air born? (front seems to be very high).

Buy the C4S front lip. It looks 10x better than the "turbo" front lip in my opinion. You can see the C4S lip on my car in the pic below:

Suncoast, Brandywine, or Lucent are the best/cheapest places that I know of. You'll also save a bundle if you go with the C4S lip as opposed to the Turbo lip.

andreas is infamous around these parts
I agree, go with the C4S lip and have it painted to match the body even if it is Black.

That is what I did and it looks awsome ( my opinion only)

A - Does the C4S lip get the paint scraped off like the regular Turbo lip? I guess the real question is how often do you scrape w/ the C4S lip compared to the Turbo lip.

Well........the front low point of a chin spoiler on the Turbo is way out there (from the front axle)........so any spoiler you have, with any suspension, is problematic.
Dealing with the problem (especially with a lowered suspension) has alot to to do with the care (and skill) you take on dips and ramps.

Having said that, you will go through spoilers.
But.....the C4S chin is higher all around.....tougher construction......and that center furthest-to-the-nose point is significantly higher than OE.
