BeastPower V1/Lidatek, XM Radio, Exquisite Stereo..(Pics)

Did some additions to this...

1. Had Abt Electronics in Glenview Illinois install a system that I feel is the best sounding system I have ever EVER heard! The acoustics / sound quality, installation is far better than what I had before which was the Reus Audio. The components included... This top of line Alpine head unit with XM Radio. The XM Radio service is only 9.99/mo for 100 channels. The sound is Crisp/Clean. Sometimes under tunnels or bridges, the XM goes out. Oh well.

MB Quarts Speakers installed in the doors - custom fab'd and wrapped in the same leather as the car door. Keep in mind, the GT2 does not come with door speakers. Also 2 XTant Amps - one for the 6 MB Q speakers, and one for the 2 8" Subwooofers.

Abt also installed the 2 lidatek (left/right) jammers, remote ****, and the Beast Power V1/Lidatek Mirror. They mounted the Actual V1 unit in a custof fab'd leather box mounted in the rear window. Blends in Beautifully.

I highly recommend Both Beast Power for the V1 Mirror if you plan to conceal the V1 and / or with the Lidatek Jammers. Also, if you are in chicago/chicago suburbs, and considering custom electronics or stereo, GO TO NEIL or MIKE at Abt electronics. Their service is A++. The first subwoofer they made looked too fast and furious, but after I poutted, No questions asked, they brainstormed, and came up with a great design.

It is nice to start this Porsche off with good customer service, unlike my last AWD Turbo's escapades with horrible service throughout! Beast Power does give 6speed discounts as well.

Questions on system?

Hey

I was curious why you went with such a stealth looking head unit with such a flash car? Also, could you take more pictures of the sub unit in the back.

Once again, a Shank Car

Unique but still won't last in his garage for more than 1 year

license plate

Love your license plate!

I've been thinking of getting a "**** on Ferrari" bad boy sticker for the 996TT. But, your solution conveys a much greater sense of class than mine!

P.S. Damn those Ferrari of Washington guys. They won again yesterday.

P.S.S. It's all in the friendly spirit of competition of course. One day I'd love to add a Ferrari to the garage.
