Call Mobil and ask, 5-50 is limited distribution. Not every Mobil 1 distributor has it, and most retailers dont even show it on their 'available to order' list

Hey Steve...
So, first- there is a button on every post you make that says "EDIT"...try it. You can go back and correct your posts!!!
Even change cApiTaliZation and -p*$unctu^%ation. (I kid, I kid.)
Compare to...? Compared to stock? No comparison. I added an EP2 and wastegate kit about 3 days before the flash- only drove it a bit, It was stronger with the stock program (and the EP2/wastegate) but not very well behaved (lean, jumpy, etc)
Then I added the UMW flash. WOWOWOWOW. Much more power, much more linear and well modulated- just like a stock feel, but less lag, quicker throttle, and 20% more power!
I have a UMW 100 octane flash as well. Rarely used.
Most of the time I run the UMW standard performnace flash, but run 95-96 octane. The DME will advance the timing and will make use of the higher octane without reprogramming.

I've never heard of a dealer having it. Being able to order might depend on their local stocking distributor. Good to know though-
