Unhappy Possible fuel pressure problem on my car, see if you can help

All right, first i want to say thanks to Kevin at UMW for helping me with my problem. Now i am stuck at work and streesing out because i can't go and get dirty trying to solve it so i guess i just want people's opinion on what it could be so i am ready when i finally get on the car. I am suppose to go to the track in a week and i must repair the problem first.

Now after i installed my k16/24 turbos with 5 bar and flash, i did some logging with the durametric and showed them to Kevin and everything was fine.

Now i just did some more testing like 2 moths after and now i am in trouble. My injection time went up by a lot and my timing went down. My AFR also went up since it seems it is missing fuel. I am running 100% duty cycle from what Kevin tells me. Car also felt slower and hesitant or inconsitent. So it really seems like i have a fuel pressure problem. Fuel filter is new by the way. At first, when i did my test, i was under half a tank, he told me to fill it up and i did some more testing. It was better (not same day though) but it is still not as good as the first time i did logging and we can see i am still missing fuel pressure.

Now i was pointed to maybe a fpr line that popped off, i will be checking this first but the fact that it got a little better when i filled up makes me think that it might have something to do with the fuel pump. I read about the hose that could break in the tank, would my symptoms look like that?

Kevin told me about some tractor pump or something that could be bad, i have never seen that on an other car, anyone has a pic or understand what i am talking about (maybe i am not even using the right word lol). A description or something... I beleive he says it is a pump driven by the fuel flow to fill up the surge tank or something.

By the way, i don't have any problem starting the car, it is not harder to start cold or hot. So i doubt i have a major fuel leak since it seems like it's holding it pressure. Man i am confused.

When i find the problem i'll let you guys know for further reference but for now, i have to find it so any help would be appreciated.

thanks a lot

I'm with ya. I've been searching all eve for any pics of the tank pump and pipe pics. Old threads have red x's for pics. I'd like to see to do my homework before tearing into it.

I had something simular, also K16/24 and 5 bar FPR,when my car was flashed A/F was always between 11.5 and 12/1 (full throttle) but after a month I saw
12.6/1 ,the problem was my MAF (no cell's) ,so I put in a new MAF and A/F was
fine again, you can also disconnect your MAF and take a testdrive and see wat A/F you're running..

I logged with the Durametric and had big differences between old and new MAF in engine load. When I unplugged the Maf A/F was between 11 and 12/1.

Saw it. Thanks! I have the service manual and the parts pdf too, just looking for real pics of the process as it seems like many have been through it.
Took mine apart today.
Found that although the pump "cycles", no gas comes out of the output.
No blown or broken hoses in the tank. Just a pump that makes noise, but doesn't pump gas.

How does the pump come free from it's sump area?

I need part 4 and 5 as the "expert" who replace the pump last time broke the rim of the sender flange.
