Hi guys,

I was strongly urged to put pictures of the G-tech 60-130mph in 5.8 seconds. So here it is:

Now I know that the g-tech is not a popular on this forum, but I have been using it and below are pics of earlier test runs with my car and the g-tech. Dont mind the traps being low that was because I did have a boost leak (1 to1.1 bar) and some issues that have since been resolved. Now running 1.4 bar with meth. As you can see compaired to the dragstrip timeslips its almost dead on. I will try to verify on the v-box once I get the car back in about 2 weeks with some more goodies.

So I was thinking even if its .1 or even .5 seconds off it was a good run! Until Sh** blew up.

Trapping in 126, no way of hitting 60-130 in 5's, take it with a grain of salt I mean no harm. Get the Vbox (Racelogic) and hit it again, Mark will tell you if you can hit it or not.

Art, His 126 was when he ran 1 bar and car had other boost leak issues. He should actually post up the 141 trap recorded on his gtech when he ran 5.8 sec. That would make more sense.

Listen guys, the 141 trap on the G-tech means nothing to anyone here, no offense. I know how fast that car is. When it comes to dragstrip and trap speeds though, we want to see timeslips or video. 125-130 is what that car should trap. If it goes 141, he's making WAY more boost than he is supposed to be. I think 141mph is 650+whp trap speed. My car has run 130.14, thats it. I know my car is not the fastest, but Vinces car is pretty much identical. Blackhorseturbos's car is a very good comparison, so I would expect Vince's car to run VERY close to 10's at over 130. Todd doesn't have Meth, BUT is RWD. There is no reason why that car shouldn't go low 6's maybe high 5's, but do it with a Pbox and get it verified.

FWIW, I went out last night to see what my car runs on an 80deg muggy night, I ran a 6.62 and backed it up with a 6.63...

Probably closer to 750+rwhp, Mike.
I see the vette guys hitting 140+ traps at 700rw, and the porsche is a few hundred lbs. heavier.
Impressive results for your car, 007-911, if they really are representative, but you gotta get that P-box back in there!
Good luck!

Even more so, I am hereby corrected... I was just trying to point out the fact that the satellite 1/4mile times are not that accurate. I mean you don't come on a forum and tell everyone that the car trapped 141, yet have timeslips in the mid 120's, that's all. How do you have a car that picks up 15mph doing nothing? I know it needed maintenance, but 15mph trap? Was he missing 2 spark plugs? If he goes to the track, runs his car and gets a timeslip thats says 141, we will ALL be impressed. Has an 18G been over 135?

Look at the 6 speed list and see how many cars have trapped 141 mph.

It takes more power than this car has by a 150 RWHP+

It sounds like the car should run out well
