looks similar to mine....

I have a cobalt blue and the picture looks similar - but hard to tell for sure due to the lighting.

Just ask them to take a picture of the white options sticker under the hood and email it to you. That will give you the exterior paint and interior color code along with the complete list of factory options.

He says it is Cobalt in his ad - first word actually... His price is very high unless he has a really good "high performance package" IMO.

I think the seller edited his listing after I called and asked the color.

I agree that he's way off on price. As a buyer that raises a common dilemma: attempt to gently educate the seller of the current market, or just move on.

This is a significant issue... there really is no way, a seller that doesn't really know the current market will just think you are beating him down and lowballing. There is a chance that they may know, but are just bluffing- so the best tactic is to be polite, provide a rationale and leave the door open. You'll either get a counter or they will pass.

The original owner on mine was way off with his initial advertising... crazy high... I pointed out the market was much lower, but didn't burn any bridges.... 6 months later I saw he was asking 20k less- I called and he had had ZERO calls! Very anxious with winter arriving- I offered 5k under that and bought it for 25k less than the original price.

But the only thing that educates sellers is the pain of time.
