Lightbulb Valentine One Rear View Mirrors

BeastPower is now a proud sponsor of 6speedonline.com. We would like to let everyone here know about the Valentine One rear-view mirrors that we make for the 996 and several other sports-cars/sports-sedans. The Lidatek laser echo system's transponder LEDs are also built into the mirror display.

Auto-Dimming Mirror (common on the 996TT):

Non-Auto-Dimming Mirror (common on other 996 models). This mirror also has a built in Valentine One power adapter, built-in speaker and built-in control/volume/mute ****:

Remote Volume/Control/Mute **** with built-in speaker. Can be used with the auto-dimming rear-view mirror:

We also have mirrors for the Boxster and Cayenne, along with many for Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lotus and other high-line vehicles.

Cheers.

I don't want just the display in the mirror (although that is nice). I want the entire detector in the mirror!!
Please make at least one :

Also, what about a unit without the Lidatek - since I don't have one and probably won't get one? Probably save a Gajillion dollars, no?

All the mirrors come with the Lidatek functionality built-in. This is a minor part of the fabrication cost of the mirrors. We are working on a "box" that would hide the Valentine One main unit. For technical reasons it is not possible to incorporate the Valentine One main unit into the rear-view mirror.

The remote volume switch can be mounted in any of the generic blank "window" switches. There are 2 blanks to the right of the hand-brake and several blanks to the left of the radio.

Cheers.

I'd go for a group buy, but not without the box. I need to get a good spot for the V1

A group buy is possible. For those of you who would also like the "box," you will always be able to purchase it later and use it with the mirror. The box is probably 2-3 months out at this time. I have many mirrors in stock, and would be happy to entertain a 10 unit order at a discounted price.

Cheers.

Count me in! And guys Daniel provides great products. He now owns my old M5 and has already provided excellent service to M5 owners.

Daniel, count me in and get me those stickers so I can use them for Gumball. I am sure Duane will be happy to put your stickers on too

Fred,
Thanks for your support.

EM 996 GTS,
I am not 100% sure on the 996 rain sensor, but the M5 rain sensor has no impact on the mirror installation. We use new OEM Porsche mirrors to build the mirrors, and they mount directly to the current mirror's mounting point. This is literally plug-and-play.

Cheers.

As a special 6speedonline.com, introductory price for the 996TT auto-dimming mirror and control panel, I am offering a discount to the first 2 members that PM me.

The regular price for each mirror is $995 and the switch is $245. Total regular price is $1,240. The discounted price is $895 for the mirror and $195 for the control panel. Total discounted price is $1,090.

This is only for the first 2 auto-dimming mirror + switch orders from 6speedonline.com members.

Cheers.

One of the 2 have been sold and the other is pending with another board member. I can offer several more for a discount if I get 5 orders.

Installation instructions with photos are provided. The Valentine One remote control **** can be installed in the locations shown in the following 2 images (some of these locations may already be in use, depending on the options installed on the 996):

The following image shows the installation configuration:

Cheers.
