The Good: You are smarter and wiser for your years.

The Bad: (for me), Every hit I gave and took from football in my youth comes back to ache depending on the weather. I've had more cortisone shots than I care to count.

Oh, and 30 is now the new 20. You're a young man and in your absolute prime. Just keep your weight down as that tends to start creeping about now. Happy Birthday and enjoy !

What can change? Its a number. Keep getting laid and have fun. Dont let the rat race of US society put you in another time zone.

You'll increase your account for fun expenses. Weight can creep slowly on if not maintained. Girls will like you more due to maturity points (deserved or not).

You'll probably pass, like I did, through a period of practicality. I sold both of my sports cars and bought a sweet, new Z71 Tahoe. I also sold my motorcycles as I was looking at the "big picture" now. That lasted about four months and I decided the Tahoe, didn't brake, accelerate or handle up to my needs. So, here I am with two sports cars and two motorcycles. My advice, just skip the upcoming pragmatic part of your life and buy more toys. You'll thank me later

Oh and Happy Birthday!
