I just wanted to let you all know that i deleted my previous thread as per the advice of my attorney. Thanks for your comments. I will update once again when the matter is resolved if i am at liberty to do so.

steve - if you're really concerned with the previous thread, delete this too. If litigated, all of this will be discoverable. Without this thread, they'd have no reason to believe that a narrative was posted on the net, and probably wouldn't ask for it. With it, and a competent attorney, ....

Delete us all. We can't be an influence on the outcome or validate anything that was said or done regarding the event

we all know the "real" story" right? Of course your not suggesting we HIDE from the truth....are you?
After all....it is ok for ANYONE.....to say ANYthing about a car dealer....after all....its the "car dealer who lies....right?....never the customer?.....
where is offroad racer.....or scott H...or what ever his/her name is?.......this person makes MOOGLE seem real!

Soon2be -- Simple. Steve wrote an account of his experience, with some detail. Let's say that, in his account, he unwittingly made some admissions, or stated some facts, that could hurt his case legally. If the other side had that account, could prove it came from Steve, they could use it to impeach him if his story changed.

I'm not saying that anything he said was inaccurate or harmful, but to avoid taking any risks, you generally don't want to talk (or type) about a potential or open case until your attorney advises you that it's OK to do so.
