this may or may not help, I myself just had a car that couldn't go above .4 bar. Not getting any lights and I thought must be a boost leak. Ran through everything and found nothing out of the ordinary. Went and got a durametric scan tool (well worth the investment) and turn out there was a engine code but no light on the dash. The cars computer was not recieveing a signal from the engines knock sensor. Its a pain to get to without lowering the engine but if I can do it anyone can. Turns out some animal chewed the wire off so i just soldered it back together and bam back in business. Moral of the story get a durametric not all codes through lights. And if you look you will see I am not the only one.

Your problem seems identical to mine. Did you find the issue?
